Shipping & Delivery
 We ship all orders via UPS Ground within 2 business days of your order.  You will be able to view tracking information via your customer account login.  We do not ship internationally.  Additionally, we do no ship to the following states: we do not ship to NC, KS, LA, NE, TN, ND, CO, MO, TX, KS, OK or WY or anywhere that a product may not comply with state regulations.

Privacy & Security
 We do not sell or rent our customer information to any third party organizations. 

Our e-commerce site does use cookies to track shopping cart activity and to store session information.  You can clear these cookies or disable cookie tracking within your own browser definitions.

Information included in your customer account is stored and transmitted via 256 bit secure socket layer encryption via our e-commerce engine.

Returns & Replacements
100% money back guarantee for returned - unopened, original condition product.   The following rules must apply in order for a return. 

(1) Money back guarantees only apply for if processed within 7 days of original receipt

(2) Original packaging must be completely intact and resellable at the time of a return

(3) return the remainder of the goods in question to us in appropriate packaging (make sure all open packages are sealed tightly to prevent leakage),Please note that all original containers, e.g. Foil bags and outer packaging, must be retained by you and returned to us when claiming a refund.

(4) Product that has any appearance of misuse, tampering or damage caused other than by shipping will not be refunded.

(5) Shipping is not refundable.

(6) In order to return a package, you must contact us at returns@cosmicdaze.com and explain the nature of your refund request including providing details for the Order number and your information so that we can review and approve the return.

We reserve the right to refuse the money back offer if we discover any attempt to counterfeit or defraud us of the original product provided to you.

Replacement product will be shipping in exchange for damaged goods, upon return of said product.  The product must be returned with the original packaging intact, including opened containers, bags or foils. Requests to exchange product must be submitted within 7 days of original receipt.

We strongly recommend that upon the return of product to us, that you ship it back with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for return shipments sent without a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
 
Ordering
We offer both retail and wholesale ordering options.  The default site pricing is the recommended retail price for the item. 

If you are interested in wholesale pricing, please contact us with your name, business name and contact information and a member of our team will call you to collect the details of your wholesaler request.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit cards and Paypal.  We will accept checks and money orders from wholesale customers with a standing purchase agreement with us.

On occasion we do post special inventory deals for our products.  Those discounts will be configured into the shopping cart price so that the appropriate discount is applied to your order.  In some case, this may require entry of a unique promotional code at the time of check out in order to receive the discount.

Viewing Orders
To view your order, login with the account information that you created at the time of your order.  After logging in, you can go to to the history section of your account to view current or past orders that have been submitted via this website.

Updating Account Information
